This hot and cold therapy wrap for the mid and lower back gives you maximum mobility while holding heat or ice in place where you need it the most. This patent-pending innovation is finely constructed and holds two long-lasting, reusable Thermal Therapy gel packs (included), providing hot or cold therapy for up to 3 hours after microwaved or frozen. Simply slide the heated or cooled packs in to the concealed pockets in the back of the wrap design, and adjust the compression level by securing the Velcro closure in front.

The unique design allows for fast and easy wear and removal and sits discreetly under clothing. Specially insulated neoprene fabric protects your body from temperature extremes of the hot or cold pack. For men and women. Women's size comparison is a typical size 8 or under will wear a Small/Med; a typical size 10 or larger will wear a Large/XL. Sizing details for men and women below on chart.

Hot: Relax tired, sore muscles, ease muscle spasms and improve circulation to aid healing by heating our wraps in the microwave.  

TO HEAT:

  • Place gel-pack in microwave with turntable
  • Microwave on high for 1 minute
  • After heating, gently shift gel from side to side and check for desired warmth
  • If needed, flip the pack and continue to heat in 15-30 second increments, being careful not to overheat – PACK WILL BECOME HOT – USE CARE IN HANDLING
  • Slide gel-pack into recovery wrap pockets hidden in the back panel
  • Wrap around your waist, adjust compression by securing the Velcro to a comfortable fit.

Cold: Chill in the freezer to comfort strains, sprains and swelling. Cold therapy is an effective treatment for reducing inflammation to quicken recovery from injury or workouts.

TO CHILL:

  • Place gel pack in freezer for 2-3 hours (Can be stored in the freezer for any-time use)
  • Gel will reach icing temperatures but remain flexible to contour to your body
  • Slide gel-pack into recovery wrap pockets hidden in the back panel
  • Wrap around your waist, adjust compression by securing the Velcro to a comfortable fit.
