We want you to be delighted with your purchase, period. If you're not, we will accept returns up to 30 days from the date of purchase, offering you a full refund of the product price you paid. Your returned item must be in the original packaging, and in its original condition. 

To complete your return, please email us at first for an RMA number, which we will send to you within 24 hours. Repackage it with a copy of the invoice enclosed and send it to the return address on the shipping label. If you are uncertain of the correct address to ship your return to, please contact us at

Refunds - Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. If it is in its original packaging and in new condition, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment for the amount of the product only (we're sorry we can't refund shipping charges - those were already paid to a third party).

Exchanges - We will replace items if they are defective or damaged or the wrong size. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at to get an RMA number for handling, and send your item to the return address on your invoice.

Shipping - You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and tracking will give you visibility to any shipping issues.
