It’s official. Everyone in the house has seasonal allergies, including the cat. The vet said seasonal allergies in cats are not that unusual, and were the reason for her sneezing. We are in the Midwest after all. But even though my own allergies are a pain this time of year (often literally, unfortunately), helping the cat is a whole new level of pain. Hot Compress | The Search for Natural Pain Relief Begins

I’m not sure of the first time I hurt so badly that I looked up “hot compress” online to see how to make one. I think it was sometime after I was finishing our basement and had done hours of overhead hammering trying to hide duct work with drywall.
